Two years, against defects.
Every piece is checked against its listed specifications before it ships, and carries a two-year warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. If a manufacturing fault reaches you, we put it right.
Covered
- ·Stitching failure or seam separation
- ·Hardware breakage — clasps, zippers, buckles, rings
- ·Strap detachment from the bag body
- ·Lining separation or tearing at the seams
- ·Closure failure not caused by misuse
Not covered
- ·Normal wear and the development of a patina
- ·Surface scratches, scuffs and creasing from daily use
- ·Water, heat or chemical damage
- ·Damage from improper care or storage
- ·Natural variation in leather grain and color
