Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery in unused condition with original packaging. A bag that's been carried isn't eligible, but one you've only tried at home is. Return shipping is free.
How to start a return
Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll guide you through sending it back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned bag, a refund is issued to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank.
Exchanges
To exchange for a different color or size, return the original and place a new order — it's usually faster than a swap.
Final return methods are confirmed at checkout. The 30-day window and free return shipping apply to all orders.
