Products & pricing

We work to display accurate product information — materials, dimensions, colors and prices. However, leather is a natural material; color and texture may vary between pieces and from what appears on your screen due to monitor settings and photography lighting.

All prices are shown in the currency selected at the top of the site and may be subject to applicable taxes and duties at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors. If you are charged incorrectly due to an error, we will offer a refund or the option to cancel.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance takes place when we confirm dispatch — until then, we may decline or cancel an order (e.g. due to stock issues, suspected fraud, or pricing errors). If your order is cancelled after payment, we will refund the full amount.

You will receive an order confirmation by email after checkout. That confirmation is not a contract until the order is dispatched. We may contact you for additional verification before shipping.

Payment

Payment is processed at checkout through our payment provider. We accept the methods shown on the payment page. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the selected method for the full order total, including shipping and any applicable taxes.

Shipping & delivery

Delivery times include order processing, production and shipping. Estimated times are not guaranteed and may vary. Express delivery is estimated at 2–3 business days.

Each order is double-checked before dispatch. Risk of loss passes to you when the package is delivered to the address you provided. If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Returns & exchanges

We accept returns of unused items in original condition within the window stated on our returns page. Custom or final-sale items may not be eligible. For full conditions and instructions, see the returns page.

Warranties

Our products are covered by the warranties provided by law in your country of residence. If you receive a defective item, contact us with photos and your order number and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

Intellectual property

All content on the site — including product imagery, descriptions, the brand mark, layout, and editorial content — is owned by or licensed to LeatherCrossbodyBag.com and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute site content without written permission. You may share links and short quotes with attribution.

User conduct
